Conditions for purchase and participation in scheduled tours
Scheduled tours mean all activities with set departures published on our website.
Confirmation
The order is binding when you have received written confirmation from Let’s Go North of payment received. Let’s Go North is then responsible for delivering the products/events you have ordered, while you become financially responsible for the order. The moment you make a booking, you confirm that you have the authority to accept on behalf of yourself and any travel companions.
- You accept responsibility for making payment to us for all travelers in your group.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the reservation/booking is in accordance with the order.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that everyone in your travel party is kept fully informed of what has been ordered and of any changes.
Cancellations
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before departure for the activity. Amount paid will be refunded in full. For cancellations less than 48 hours before departure, no refund can be expected.
Complaints
Any complaints related to the delivery of your order from Let’s Go North must be reported in writing within 5 days after the completion of the event. Complaints submitted later than this deadline will not be given any form of financial compensation.
Description of execution
Let’s Go North reserves the right to change tours and programs due to weather conditions. All programs and tours may be changed or canceled for safety reasons. In the event of cancellation on our part, the amount paid will be refunded in full.
Risk and liability
Participation in several of our tours/events/experiences involves a certain risk of accidents and injuries. By purchasing our services, you accept this risk.
- Let’s Go North assumes no financial obligations as a result of damages caused by participants or their actions unless the accident or mishap is due to gross negligence on our part or that of the guide.
- Let’s Go North cannot be held responsible for losses and additional costs due to delays beyond the company’s control such as strikes, accidents, illness or other circumstances that fall under force majeure.
Insurance
Let’s Go North does not provide trave insurance and cancellation insurance on our tours. Participants should therefore have their own comprehensive travel/liability insurance. Current activity Let’s Go North is not responsible for valuables brought by the customer, such as bags, glasses, camera/phone, clothing, etc.
- Let’s Go North is insured through our insurance agents.
Customer's obligation
Participants are responsible for assessing whether they themselves are physically and mentally fit to participate in booked tours. The customer must comply with the rules and instructions given by the organizer.
- Let’s Go North reserves the right to refuse participation in a tour/activity if the customer is a threat to safety, either to themselves or the other participants, or if the customer behaves in a way that causes great embarrassment to the other participants.
Participants on our tours confirm with their reservation that there are no medical reasons to doubt their participation in the described program. Instructions from personnel must be followed. In cases where this is not followed, our personnel has the right to refuse the participant from further participation in the tour. In such cases, the participant will not be entitled to a refund.
